Full overhaul of the AGCM information system, which distributes over €15M in social welfare per year on behalf of the Conseil Supérieur du Notariat. The legacy system was proprietary, end-of-support, and its allocation rules had never been documented. Migration to a modern hosted platform under TMA, after reconstructing the business rules from source code and interviews with the case managers.
